Adobe Acrobat - PDF Format:
 The PDFs are published using the Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) format. Simply click the  icon.  A dialog box from your browser may appear asking you if you want to save the file.  Specify where you want the file saved for future reference.

Once the file is on your local drive, you can view, navigate or print the documents using Adobe Acrobat® software. If you do not have this software, a copy of Acrobat Reader® is available for free in various languages as well as operating systems. Documentation for installation and operating requirements of Acrobat® is included with the software.
