Important Information:
  • Should you require immediate assistance with a pickup request, please contact Customer Service at 800-888-3435 or contact your local terminal service center. Customer Service representatives are available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
  • Once your pickup request is submitted to Lakeville Motor Express, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating your pickup request has been received and is logged in to our dispatch system.
  • Pickup requests received after 3:00 p.m. local time may be scheduled for pickup the following business day.
  • Pickups requested on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will be scheduled for pickup the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Select this if your shipment will be picked up at a private residence, condominium or apartment. Private Residence Pickup  Shipments containing article(s), each measuring in excess of twelve (12) feet in length, will be subject to additional charges as provided in the Lakeville Motor Express Rules tariff. Select when your shipment needs to be picked up from positions not immediately adjacent to the vehicle. Inside Pickup  Carrier provides limited protective services for commodities subject to freezing and therefore assumes no liability for freezing damage. Select this if your shipment will be picked up at any of the following (but not limited to) types of locations: Amusement Park, Camp (other than military), Chautauqua, Church, Commercial Establishments (not open to the walk in public during normal business hours), Construction Site (includes areas where building excavating, erecting, construction and road building is carried on), Country Club, Estate, Exhibition, Fair, Farm, Individual (mini) Storage Unit, Military Base or Installation, Mine (site of any pit, excavation shaft or deposit at which coal, ore or minerals is, have been or will be extracted), Other Non-Commercial Site, Prison, Rectory, School, Synagogue, Temple of Worship, Trade Show, Traveling Show.
